1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda and vanilla
3/4 c. buttermilk and nuts
Cream Cheese Frosting

Oven: 350º ~ Yield 24 bars
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. Fold in mashed bananas and dry ingredients, mixing lightly. Stir in vanilla, buttermilk and chopped nuts. Pour into (9 X 13-inch) pan; bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool. Frost. (8 oz. cream cheese, 8 T. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 T. milk, 3-4 c. confectioner's sugar.) Recipe from Coach Farley, UNI
