1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 T. chopped onion
2 T. sour cream
1 T. creamed horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
8 oz. cooked shrimp, chopped (may substitute crab meat, well picked)

Directions:

Oven: 375º ~ Yield: 2 cups
Butter a shallow baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, onion, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper. Stir until thoroughly blended, then fold in the shrimp or crab. Transfer to the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
