Ingredients:  
1 pt. oysters
1 pt. oyster water
1 bunch of green onions chopped
2/3 stick of margarine
1 can of artichoke hearts chopped
½ c. whipping cream
Pinch of thyme and cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. flour
3 bay leafs
1 can of chicken broth
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and seasoning in margarine. Add flour and stir well. Whip with whisk. Add chicken broth and oyster water. Simmer 15 minutes Add oysters, artichoke hearts and parsley. Simmer 10 minutes. Add whipping cream and serve.
