1 quart mayonnaise
1 cup catsup
1 cup hot mustard (Creole style)
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 heads garlic, chopped fine
1/4 cup parsley
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
3 oz olive oil
dash cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped fine
dash vinegar
2 quart jars with lids

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well, place back in jars. Refrigerate a few days prior to use.
