2 cups cold steeped tea
1-2 chicken bouillion cubes or packets
salt

Kitchen bouquet or Maggi sauce

Take the turkey out of the roasting pan and drain off all but about 1/3 cup of fat. Turn the element on to about Med. temp and brown drippings. Add 2 cups of cold tea to roasting pan. In 1 cup of water, disolve 1 chicken cube or 2 packages of chicken powder. Add 1 tsp Kitchen Bouqet or Magi sauce.

Once well heated, add 3 heaping tbsp of flour and 1/2 tsp salt to a jar and add 1/2 - 2 cups cold water. Shake well to remove lumps. add slowly to the gravy, stirring constantly until desired thickness. Cook slowly for about 10 min to get rid of the flour taste
