2 tablespoons horseradish
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
dash of ground pepper
dash + of cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve with onion rings or bloomin onion.
