1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese grated
3 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in 9/13 dish
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, green chilies, last 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle salt over the mix.
Cover an frigate the night before eating.

In a blender mix eggs, milk and flour.

Pour mixture over cheese evenly

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm and cheese is golden brown
