1/2 c black olives, chopped
1/2 c green olives, chopped
1/2 c kalamata olives, chopped
1 (3.25 oz) jar capers
1/4 c olive oil
1 1/2 tsp powdered mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 inch anchovy paste, optional

In food processor, combine olives and olive oil. Chop coarsely. Mix in remaining ingredients. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days. Serve with french bread or crackers.
