2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp milk
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts

Nut Topping:
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Combine applesauce, oil, eggs, and milk in large mixing bowl. Add the flour mixture and stir well. Stir in nuts if desired. Turn into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle nut topping over batter. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Cool completely

Nut topping:
Combine packed brown sugar, chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
