1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
4 pieces of bread
6 eggs
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook 1 pound of sausage. Line 9x18 pan with 4 pieces of bread. put sausage on bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. pour over sausage and add cheese.
Bake 350º for 30-45 min. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

mix this up and put in refridgerator over night. Makes it easier to just bake in the morning.
