1 c butter or margarine
2 c onion, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1/2 c fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
12 c dried bread cubes
1 c milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c turkey or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion and celery till tender, about 10 min. Stir in parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs. Mix well. Combine milk and eggs and work into stuffing mixture. Shape into balls. Place in well buttered baking dish. Pour broth over balls.
Bake at 350º for 20 min. Makes about 20 stuffing balls.
