1 large (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
1 small (8 - 3/4 ounce) can of crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans or nuts
1 small package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 small bottle 7-Up
a few drops of food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Drain most of juice from pineapple. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; 7-Up last. Chill
