2 POUNDS OF RICOTTA CHEESE
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
2 CUPS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1 CUP OF COOKED WHITE RICE
1 CAN 15 OZ. CRUSHED PINEAPPPLE,DRAINED

BEAT IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD SUGAR ,STIR IN RICOTTA AND VANILLA UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.ADD HEAVY CREAM AND FOLD IN COOKED RICE AND CRUSHED PINEAPPLE

POUR INTO A 9X13 BUTTERED PAN.

BAKE 325 DEGREE FOR ONE HOUR IF THE PIE IS DONE ,KNIFE WILL COME OUT CLEAN. REFRIGERATE UNTIL THOROUGHLY COOLED.
