1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 lg white onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
4.5 oz jar sliced mushrooms
10 oz can French Onion soup
12 oz jar Heinz Bistro Au Jus gravy
water and cornstarch to thicken
salt and pepper to taste
mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef, onion and garlic, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms. Set aside. Pour soup into a large pan; add 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch. Cook until thickened, then add gravy and ground beef mixture. Simmer on low for 20 minutes to let all the flavors blend.Prepare mashed potatoes and serve gravy over them.
