2 large heads romaine lettuce
1/4-1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/4-1/2 c. sugared pecans (can be purchased at Trader Joe's)

Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
pepper
4 tbsp. sugar or Splenda
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
dash of Tabasco sauce

Sugared pecans:
1-2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Tear romaine into bite sized pieces. Sugar pecans by tossing in a frying pan with butter and sugar. Cook until hot and bubbly. Cool on waxed paper or plate. Break into pieces after they cool. Put all salad dressing ingredients together and shake well. Best to do ahead if you have time. Toss cranberries, blue cheese, pecans and romaine together. Add enough dressing to coat.
