Ingredients:  
1/2 c mashed potato flakes
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 (6 1/2oz) cans tuna, drained
2 eggs
1/3 c mashed potato flakes
1/4 c margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the 1/3 cup mashed potato flakes and margarine. Form the mixture into 6 patties. Coat both sides of each patty with the remaining mashed potato flakes. In skillet, melt margarine & fry the patties until they are a deep golden brown on both sides.

I got this recipe in an exchange through the mail years ago, it was from Grace Millhouse, from Mountville, PA. She may have been a friend of Grandma's from church.
