Directions:
Fill Dutch oven 1/2 full with water, put in sausage & onion, bring to a boil. Cook uncovered about an hour. When liquid has reduced by half, add about 4 cups more water. Return to boil, & add vegetables. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cook uncovered about 1/2 hour or until the veggies are tender. Meanwhile, prepare the pot pie dough.Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Knead on a floured surface, then roll out very thin & cut into 1 in pieces. When the veggies are tender, drop the pieces of dough one at a time into the boiling soup, stirring occasionally so they don't stick together. Cook 10-15 min more, or until dough is cooked.

Personal Notes:
I developed this recipe when my boys were little- then it was an economical way to make a dinner. It is a different and yummy way to use traditional pot pie noodles.
