1/2 lb acino di pepe pasta
16 oz can pineapple chunks
1 large can mandarin oranges
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
dash of salt
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz Cool Whip, softened
1 c mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cook acino di pepe in salted water, following directions on package. Drain, & rinse in cold water. Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges, reserving juices. Refrigerate the fruit.
In saucepan, mix sugar, flour & salt. Add beaten eggs & the reserved juices. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Pour over pasta & refrigerate overnight.
Next day- Combine the fruit with the pasta mixture. Fold in the Cool Whip & marshmallows. Refrigerate until serving.
