64 oz sauerkraut
16 oz Swiss cheese
1 c Thousand Island Dressing
12 oz beef, sliced
2 c rye bread crumbs
3 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces. In greased 3 qt casserole, combine sauerkraut, dressing & corned beef. Bake 30 min or until hot & bubbly. Remove from oven & stir in half of the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 min or until crumbs are lightly brown & crisp.
