1 pk Jimmy Dean "Hot" sausage
flour as needed to thicken
1 c milk
southern style frozen biscuits
eggs for scrambling

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the sausage in a large deep frypan. When it is almost finished cooking, drain off the grease and add 4 cups of water to the sausage. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes to cook the sausage flavor into the water. Thicken the mixture with flour to make into a creamy gravy. Add a cup of milk to make it look more creamy and then continue to simmer until the flour taste is gone. Bake the biscuits according to package direction. When biscuits are done make a pan of scrambled eggs. Serve over southern style biscuits and top with scrambled eggs. Yummy!

This is a favorite and the gravy is really full of flavor, not at all like the tasteless sausage gravy served in most restaurants..
