1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/2 c. corn meal
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn-drained
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed small
2 jalepeno peppers, chopped
1 lb. crawfish tails

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spray pan with oil spray. Best to use disposable pan since it is hard to clean. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 375º
for 1 hour and 5 minutes, uncovered.
