1 3oz pkg of lemon Jello
1 3/4 c water
1 c sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk,chilled
vanilla wafers or graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Line buttered dish with crushed wafers or graham crackers, reserve some to sprinkle on top. Chill jello and water until partially set. Add sugar and lemon juice and beat until soupy. Beat chilled milk and fold into jello. Pour into prepared dish
sprinkle crumbs on top.
