1 sm pkg instant coconut cream pudding mix
8 oz sour cream (or plain yogurt)
8 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/4 c milk

Directions:
Mix ingredients in blender for approximately. 30 seconds. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
