Crust:
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2/3 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup (One Stick) Margarine or Butter, Softened
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Egg Yolks
3 Cups Miniature Marshmallows

Topping:
2/3 Cup Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick) Margarine or Butter, Softened
2 tsp Vanilla
1 (12oz) Package or 2 Cups of Peanut Butter Chips
2 Cups Rice Cereal
2 Cups Salted Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients except marshmallows at low speed until crumbly.
3. Press firmly into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
4. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmallows.
6. Return to oven and bake an additional 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows start to puff.
7. Let cool.
8. In a large saucepan, combine all topping ingredients except cereal and peanuts; heat just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.
9. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and peanuts.
10. Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows; spread to cover.
11. Refrigerate until firm.
12. Cut into 36 bars.
