1/3 cup water
2 Tbs butter or margarine
2 dashes soy sauce

Directions:
Cut cabbage up into 1/2 inch slices and put in a wide frying pan. Add water, butter or margarine and soy sauce. Cook without lid on medium-high stirring occasionally until it starts to get a little bit of color but still has crunch to it.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Might not sound very good (it is just cabbage after all), but you should try it. Cabbage gets an almost buttery taste to it and it works so well as a side dish. Ideally use summer cabbage which can be a little more tender, but have been happy with it all year round.
