1lb boneless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
2 pkgs corn tortillas
Onion (chopped)
Jalapeño Peppers (boil peppers for 20 minutes then put in blender)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jalapeño peppers, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together
Cook tortillas in microwave for 1 minute. Put sauce in pan. Put a layer of tortillas in pan then put sauce. Put a layer of chicken then sprinkle onion and cheese. Repeat and finish with cheese on the top. Bake for 30 minutes at
350º.
