2 lb fresh tuna steaks, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
1/3 c white cooking wine *Or red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning salt

Cut steaks into serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients. Place tuna and marinade in plastic ziploc bag and seal, refrigerate 1 hour. Place fish on well greased grill over hot coals (or on aluminum foil 'boat' on gas grill). Cook 5 minutes per side or until done. Baste with marinade while cooking. Bring remaining marinade to a boil and serve with tuna. 4-6 servings.
NOTE: can also cook in casserole dish
