8 oz of grated Extra Sharp cheese
2 lbs of chopped onions
Double pie crust
Butter
Parmesan cheese
Pepper

Directions:

Have a couple of beers.

Fill a pie plate with the chopped onions and some butter and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes, or so.

Have a couple of beers.

Strain the onions and get as much moisture as possible out by pressing in a colander (after straining I normally will press in a towel). While still hot - mix in grated cheese, parmesan and pepper (to taste).

Put mixture into pie crust. Cook at 350º for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.

Have a couple beers.

Go out and get a couple of cases of beer for the next day. Wash down (when cooked) with alcoholic beverages and people won't care if it's good or bad!
