12 UNIFORM SIZED GREEN PEPPERS
12 MEDIUM SIZED ONIONS (DRIED)
1 TSP SALT
2 C VINEGAR
2 C SUGAR (BROWN OR WHITE)

12 UNIFORM SIZED RED PEPPERS, 12 UNIFORM SIZED GREEN PEPPERS, 12 MEDIUM SIZED ONIONS (DRIED).
GRIND VERY FINE. COVER WITH COLD WATER AND LEAVE 1 HR. PUT IN SACK AND SQUEEZE DRY 1 TSP SALT, 2 C VINEGAR, 2 C SUGAR (BROWN OR WHITE). BOIL 1/2 HOUR AND SEAL.
