CAKE:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup plain cooked mashed potatoes
1 cup pecans
4 eggs

FROSTING:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 cups confectioners sugar

CAKE:
Boil and mash potatoes. Make sure there are no big lumps.
Sift dry ingredients.
Melt butter.
Mix all ingredients with spoon.
Lightly beat eggs before adding; mix well.
Pour butter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

FROSTING:
Beat cream cheese, butter and cocoa powder until combined.
Add sugar 1/2 cup at a time, making sure it is mixed well before adding next 1/2 cup.
