3/4 Cup Butter, Divided
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
3/4 Lb Mushrooms, Sliced
2 Lbs Zucchini, Cut in Julienne Strips (1/4")
1 Cup Minced Prosciutto Ham (about 1/2 lb)
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Lb Fettuccine Pasta
1 Cup Grated Parmesan
1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, in half the Butter - saute Onion & Garlic for 3 minutes. Add Mushrooms and saute 3 minutes. Add rest of Butter, Zucchini & Prosciutto.
Simmer 10 minutes. Pour in Heavy Cream and heat through.
Meanwhile, cook Fettuccine according to package.
Drain and return to hot pan.
Toss with Sauce, Parmesan and Parsley.
Serve Immediately.
