Notes: Mrs. Adamian, a 91 year old Armenian woman I met while working at Bentley College in the 1970s, taught me this recipe for delicious hummus. This is a wonderful appetizer that can be eaten with chips, crackers, or (the Armenian way) with slices of raw onion folded into toasted Pita Bread wedges that can scoop up the hummus. Will keep for more than a week if refrigerated.
