3 1/2 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cream
1/8 tsp. lemon zest
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream 1 3/4 c. of sugar with the butter, lemon juice, cream, and lemon zest. 2. Beat until smooth.
3. Add remaining 1 3/4 c. sugar and beat until spreading consistency.
4. Frost top and sides of cake.
