1 pkg (6 oz.) strawberry, cranberry, or raspberry jello
2 c. hot water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. orange zest
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 large apple (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve jello in hot water.
2. Soften gelatin in cold water and add to jello. Add sugar, lemon juice, and orange rind.
3. Refrigerate mixture until slightly jelled. Whip.
4. Mix in cranberry sauce, apples, and mandarin oranges.
5. Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
