1 Venison Roast
1 Package of Dried Italian Seasoning
6 Potatoes
1 Bag Carrots
6 Celery Sticks
1 Large Onion
3 Garlic Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all the vegetables to your liking. Add all ingredients to crockpot. Sprinkle dried Italian seasoning and a little sea salt and pepper over roast. If roast is frozen, no need to add water. If not frozen, add about 1 cup of water. Put on cover, set to low, and leave cook for 8-10 hours. Prior to serving, thicken gravy with corn starch/water mixture.
