1 C medium white sauce
4 T butter, melted
1 T lemon juice
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/8 tsp paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Add melted butter to prepared medium white sauce, stirring constantly. Slowly add lemon and paprika. Add about 2 tablespoons of the hot sauce to the beaten egg yolks; stir egg mixture into white sauce.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
