1 pkg. cubed stew meat
2 or three green onions, chopped
1/2 pkg of sliced button mushrooms
1/2 stick of butter
1 packet of brown gravy mix
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup of red wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onions and mushrooms in butter and add stew meat and brown. Add packet of brown gravy mix and flour. Make a paste and deglaze pan with red wine and chicken broth. Add spices.
