4 tenderized round steaks
Flour
Salt & pepper
Oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge round steaks in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil. Remove from pan and set aside. Saute onions and green pepper in same pan. Add rest of ingredients and blend well. Return steaks to skillet, cover and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Add more water if needed during cooking time.
