1/2 - 3/4 bag of ziti pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. water
1/2 pkg. of cream cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta and brown the ground beef, drain both but return ground beef to the skillet. Follow package directions on taco seasoning and simmer ground beef until liquid has reduced. Add the cream cheese to the beef mixture, stir until melted then remove from heat. Add the pasta and 1 c. shredded cheese to the skillet and stir until combined. Dump all into a greased pan or casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and cook uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
