1 package Buddig sliced corned beef
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
dill pickle slices

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the softened cream cheese until it is the consistency of soft butter for ease of spreading. Spread on the corned beef slices.

Slice the dill pickles into thin strips about as long as the piece of corned beef. Drain them well on paper towel and pat dry.

Place a pickle slice on each piece of corned beef and roll up. Slice into 3 equal pieces. They'll hold together themselves.
