4C Flour
3Tbsp Baking Powder
2Tbsp Sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Wet:
1C shortening
2C Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt).
3. Add shortening and cut it into dry ingredients.
4. Add a little less than the 2 cups of milk.
5. Mix until dough pulls away from sides of the bowl.
6. Make a flour volcano erupt over 2 feet area.
7. Place dough in center of flour and pat until dough is about 1/2 an inch thick.
8. Use 2 3/4 biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.
9. Place biscuits onto sheet 1/2 to 1 inch away from the edges and each other.
10. Bake at 450ºF for 12 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Make sure to use Baking Powder not Baking Soda. It makes all the difference! Also erupting the volcano is very important. Sound effects are common.
