2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 cups cream style corn
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 small boxes cornbread mix, Jiffy
1 can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan or skillet brown the onion until caramelized and then add the ground beef, once cooked through drain off the fat. While the ground beef and onion are cooking combine the eggs, cream style corn, milk, sugar, cornbread mix and green chilies, stir until well moistened. Pour half of the cornbread batter mixture into a 9x13 pan and top with ground beef. Sprinkle the top with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the remaining half of cornbread batter mixture on top. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
