2 lbs. ground buffalo and/or ground beef
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lg. onion
2-3 celery stalks/with leaves, chopped
2 T chili powder
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t cinnamon
2 t cumin
1-1/2 t black pepper
2 t salt
1 T Worcestershire
1 T cider vinegar
7 oz. can green chili peppers
28 oz. can tomato puree
8 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
2 (8 oz.) can s kidney beans, not drained
2 (8 oz.) cans pinto beans, not drained
1-1/2 squares dark chocolate, unsweetened

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat along with garlic, onion, celery. Cook on medium until meat is browned & veggies are soft. Drain and return to skillet.

2. To the meat mixture, add all spices. (chili powder, allspice, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, salt)

3. To the meat mixture, add rest of ingredients. (Worcestershire, vinegar, peppers, tomato puree, tomatoes, beans, & chocolate).

4. Simmer for minimum 1 hour, stirring often.
