3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 T butter
1 pkg yeast
1?2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk and butter to body temperature. Combine 1 cup flour, salt, yeast, milk and egg and mix. Beat on low speed until all the flour has been combined,
Knead. Cover until double in size. Make rolls and put into a greased pan.
Cover, rise double. Bake at 375*.
