4 large unpeeled baking potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 to 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down in a 13x9x2 baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.Bake at 375* for 1 hour, brushing with oil-cheese mixture every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes of baking.
