3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1½ cups season oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups fresh apples (chopped)
1½ cups nuts (chopped)

Topping:
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter




Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and add to mixture. Stir in chopped apples and pecans. Bake in tube pan (bunt) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. In saucepan, mix topping ingredients and bring to boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Pour hot topping over hot cake and let cool.
