3 medium sized zucchini
Garlic salt
2 cups shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini into ¼ inch coins and lay them out flat on a large cookies sheet. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until they are tender. Remove pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and return to oven to broil for about 5 minutes.
