1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups frozen corn
1 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic diced
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans tomato soup
4-6 cups mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess oil. Add corn and soup, stir well. Place in 9x13 casserole pan. Cover with whipped or mashed potatoes. Brush with butter and bake at 375º until browned.

This is not your traditional Shephard's Pie that normally would have a gravy base. Our kids grew up with this version and it became quite popular.
