1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup eggnog
1 8oz. container sour cream
1 teaspoon rum extract
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Streusel Topping
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon soft butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Eggnog Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons eggnog

Grease bottom only of 9x13 pan. Mix streusel topping ingredients with fork until crumbly, set aside.

In large bowl beat 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter with mixer on medium. Beat in 1 cup eggnog, sour cream, rum extract and eggs until blended. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel toping. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Heat oven to 350º. Uncover pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool 20 minutes

Mix ingredients for eggnog glaze until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over cake.
