1 box of yellow caike mix
1/4 c. applesauce
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

FROSTING:
Lite Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 (3.4 oz.) Jello Vanilla Pudding mix
15 1/2 (oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
Directions:
Directions:
Stir by hand for 2-3 minutes.
Put in 9"x13" non-stick pan, or spray pan.
Bake cake at 350º for 3--40 minutes.
Refrigerate.
